My Personal Journey
Hi, my name is C’Sheriell. My personal journey for better health began more than 20 years ago. What motivated me was catching the flu every year during the height of flu season and having to take at least a week off from work. Challenged with constant headaches, depression, cramps, skin break-outs (especially when it was that time of the month), I knew there had to be a better way to live so I decided to finally take charge of my health and my life.
Many women today forget to put themselves on the to do list or don’t see the true value of putting themselves on their to do list, so they find themselves depleted and warn out which certainly does not help a woman with fibroid issues or other womb dis-ease such as being reproductive challenged, having painful periods, UTI’s, PCOS, endometriosis. When where chronically stressed out it may impede on the function of the limbic brain, which can disrupts the hormonal activity to the ovaries and the uterus, not to mention other UN-wise choices we make when were stress out such poor food choices.
This is my passion! Empowering women to see the value of self-nourishment and how together we can come of with a plan to support them to achieve optimal health and wellness which is their birth right! So I will often suggest a variety of alternative services & products to achieve not only optimal health & wellness goals but, how to maintain them
I began my quest by studying with holistic health advocates, Gary Null, Letha Haddey and others, from whom I took various courses in Health & Wellness. As a result, I fell in love with natural health alternatives and became passionate about teaching others these magnificent alternatives to achieving optimum health.
This decision led me to embrace a vegan lifestyle which has taken my health to another level of health & wellness and has opened many doors for me to improve the life of others.
My Education & Experience
Serious about providing quality service to my clients in the field of alternative health and medicine, I attended and graduated from multiple schools throughout the country.
I’m a graduate of International School of Skin and Nails, Atlanta GA where I studied Esthetics, Sanford Brown of Iselin, N.J. – Advance Massage Therapy, Life of Peace, Missouri City TX. – Natural Holistic Wellness Consultant, Life Line to Africa, Hollywood FL where I graduated as a Healthy Lifestyle Educator and most recently a graduate of Hilton Johnson Health Coaching Training out of Lauderdale by The Sea FL. and a Certified Womb Sauna Practitioner.
My career in Health & Wellness has allowed me to serve others and has provided me with some unique experiences and opportunities. One of these opportunities was my ability to satisfy my passion for travel while providing massage and facials working on a cruise ship at the beginning of my career .
My most memorable experience is when I was hired to provide chair massages for the Dr. Oz show audience and another time when I provided massage for the cast members of The Good Wife. I have even worked on a beautiful private island with amazingly beautiful homes and have provided services for elected officials and celebrities.
While all of that is fun and exciting, I have also worked in spas, health food stores and vitamin shops, anywhere to learn my craft and to serve those who seek better health where ever they may be.
As I stated above, my intention is to provide excellent service but my ultimate goal is to WOW my clients. In order to effectively accomplish both of these I get to know my clients on a deeper level so I can help them achieve health and beauty from the inside-out. My job is to serve you and together we help you achieve the greatest wealth in the world- GREAT HEALTH.

Biography
My name is LaDawn Frasier, but I also go by my spiritual name Khetnu Nefer, which means “As I serve God, I achieve success.”
I really didn’t plan on becoming a what people consider a “healer.” But as a little girl I always felt very empathic and intuitive to the needs of others. This developed even further when I worked as a human resources clerk in the U.S. Army. I spent 8 years helping fellow soldiers and their families with various issues from awards to legal actions.
As I was transitioning out of the Army, I had an epiphany that I was supposed to be doing massage therapy. I mean literally a voice inside of me said that I was supposed to be doing massage. That very day I signed up for massage school and the healer in me was set free.
Through my early years as a massage therapist, my clients would ask me various health and wellness questions and I was always surprised that I knew the answers! A lot of the things that they asked me about, I had actually experienced first hand as I was always constantly working on ensuring that I was in awesome health.
I lost my father in October 2000 to a massive heart attack at the young age of 52 and that had a profound effect on my life as well. Especially as the way I viewed health, more specifically, mine. Ironically,I was diagnosed with womb issues in 1997, something that would later escalate to the beginning stages of Uterine cancer in 2010.
The doctors were adamant about me having a hysterectomy, since cancer especially uterine cancer is such a killer among African American Women. But I relented and I dove head first into my healing practices. I enlisted the help of a local acupuncturist, changed my diet, became certified in teaching yoga, immersed myself in meditation techniques and sought out the companionship of my awesome sister friends to help me navigate the ordeal I was going through with my womb.
As of today I am cancer free and I plan to remain that way. I am grateful for the knowledge I received during my training as a certified Holistic Health Practitioner with the American College Of Health Sciences (formerly known as The Australasian College of Health Sciences). It literally saved my life!
I’ve been a licensed massage therapist in SC and Florida and I’ve worked in various spas and chiropractic clinics as well as worked on clients in my private business. Massage is truly a passion of mine and I have enjoyed the thousands of clients I have worked on throughout the years. I would say that my touch is very intergrative and I weave various modalities such as Deep Tissue, Reiki, Swedish, to Myofacisal release among others to help my clients become relaxed and pain free.
In 2007, I discovered and fell in love with Kemetic Yoga (Thef Neteru ) while I lived in South Florida. In 2009, I became certified to teach this wonderful healing system and now I teach classes to groups and one-on-one sessions. The system I am trained in was developed by Dr. Muata Ashby, a well noted independent researcher and practitioner of Egyptian, Indian and Chinese Yoga.
Ever expanding myself, in 2012 I became certified birth doula and a certified infant massage instructor. I look forward to assisting future and new parents with their birthing needs and I will be offering my own doula training program in the near future!
In 2014, I became certified in Clarie Marie Miller’s fertility massage system. I knew that this would be a powerful tool in assisting women who are currently trying to conceive or possibly dealing with various womb dis-ease such as heavy menstrual cycles, PCOS ( like me), fibroids and etc. It is my goal to help women to learn their womb’s story and to heal from the inside out. I know firsthand what it feels like to feel broken or less than a women because of the inability to conceive due to various issues.
That’s why I started to focus my practice on helping women like myself overcome their disease and live and led a healthy , well balanced life. I show women that they can take back control of their health and their bodies naturally. I am now a community herbalist with a line of herbal teas and other products and a certified womb sauna practitioner, taking women on an inner journey to learn their womb’s story through internal dialogue coupled with vaginal steaming.
I passionately believe that ALL WOMEN should be willingly active in achieving and/or maintaining their health and wellness, and I am committed to providing women with quality services, products and information to help them be healthy, happy and whole.

Biography
Based on the stories I chose to tell, all I knew how to do was to SURVIVE being abandoned by father as a little girl, sexual abuse, domestic violence, the untimely death of my mother at age 15 to become a mother only a few weeks shy of my 16th birthday, it became me against the world and as cruel as I made it out to be was as cruel as it presented itself. I struggled with low self-esteem, looking for love in all of the wrong places, men, drugs and alcohol, money, possessions everything to numb the pain and void, except looking for that love within myself where God had tucked it for safe keeping. Embroiled in a toxic relationship with a drug dealing boyfriend, I finally hit rock bottom one night and decided to graduate from mary jane to white lines. As the white lines swept me out of my mind and body, I imagined how horrified my family would be if I were found dead like this… How could my story end like this? At the age of 27, life challenged me to tell a new one.
It was my soulWork that brought me back home. My soulWork that made me commit to my own Sacred Me Journey of selfCare, endless research, trainings and implementing practices to repair wounds, find light in the darkness and become the light along the path. I began to swaddle her in that light. The broken-hearted little girl who had been residing in me. Playing dress up in a woman’s body adorned with a mask and grappling with pains, I had no earthly idea of the source, nor the root until I ventured deeper to go beyond my surface living. I became so intrigued with this leaking heart of mine that had been corked with suppressed emotions, and then the womb started yelling about the trauma being stored there as well. The forgotten dreams, the violations, the past lovers and unborn babies all taking up space that I could hardly breathe and it started coming into focus. Demanding my attention, awareness, focus, energy and breath be brought back to my seat of creation. Two of our most powerful energy centers: the heart and womb started communicating to me and I was beginning to decipher their language.
I had a rehearsed Pain story. We all do. Something we can tell over and over again with such detail, voice inflection and oh… the emotions (energy in motion)- WAIT for the dramatic pause! If we close our eyes its almost like we’re right back there! We can take our captive audience on the ride back with us to way back when as we relive over and over again what HAPPENED to us!
I reclaimed my POWER in the story when I chose to Stand on it rather than resign myself to resting in it. Those deeply painful but comfortable spaces that often had me feeling victimized and defeated for a number of years. Eventually in my stance, I started to become grounded in some new truths, beliefs and stories. I no longer was viewing life as what HAPPENED to me but what was HAPPENING through me. In that moment I CHOSE to become the co-CREATOR and not just a character in another story waiting for the next line to be fed to me and living in the residual goodness of five chapters ago. It was finally time to experience new joys, new dreams, new laughter, new love, new light, new ME… the ME who has always wanted to come out but was too afraid, too safe, too quiet, too doing-everything-by-the-book? The ME I had been waiting for.
We all have come here on a mission. Sometimes we get so caught up in the PAIN of our stories, YET if we take a moment to view it through a different lens; then we’re able to see the light piercing the darkness, the beauty in the TRANSFORMATION which positions us on the path of our BECOMING. BECOMING all that God has meant us to be. I know there is a new song and dance on the inside ready to pour out of you. There is story waiting for you to finally pick up the pen to write it. So what will it be? Another round of Once Upon Time… Way Back When or ONCE Upon a CHOICE…. She believed she could so she did!

Becoming a healer
In my early years I struggled with depression and an unhealthy sexuality, my dysfunction and lack of self-esteem led me into many disempowered situations during my teens and early 20’s. Just before my Saturn return, I contracted Lyme disease – a nasty and supposedly, incurable disease. I was disabled for years with arthritic pain, headaches, brain fog and fatigue. Looking back, I cannot say this experience was easy – initiations rarely are – but I can say, it was what delivered me onto a rewarding path of self-knowledge and sexual healing. What I discovered as I began my journey is that the symptoms of the Lyme were revealing to me the “dis-ease” I felt within. My inner knowing told me that if I wanted to heal – I needed to take a courageous and honest look at my past and my self. I explored many modalities of healing, working with not just my physical, but with my mental and emotional bodies as well. I dove deep into identifying and questioning my beliefs and early conditioning. I had lots of anger and grief to express in order to reconcile with my childhood, and then came learning how to accept and forgive. When I finally came ‘present time’ the dis-ease within me -and all symptoms of Lyme- was gone! To many, especially to doctors, this was unheard of. I had done my inner work and I had learned a great deal about trusting my intuition, self-expression, embodiment and the importance of integrating the body, mind and spirit for true healing. At present, I have been symptom free for over fifteen years and I can honestly say, the Lyme was a blessing; it brought awareness to my childhood wounding and sexual trauma and gave me a choice – I could ignore my repressed emotions and remain unwell or, I could face the situation head on with courage and an open heart. In choosing to heal I was gifted with a deep understanding of healing and with the compassion to support others in their healing process. My wisdom has been hard earned, what I offer my clients is not just learned knowledge, it comes from deep personal experience.

My Story
My name is Maelita Simmons. My background is in the health field as a Certified Patient Care Tech and a Certified Nursing Assistant. During my time working in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, with home health agencies, and in hospitals, I observed patients being treated with conventional medicine. Most times, the medicines treated the symptoms and not the root issues. Patients’ voices were often not heard, and their mental, emotional, and spiritual needs not addressed.
My own health journey began in 2012 as my health started to decline. My stress level was at an all-time high. I was diagnosed with a form of insomnia, vertigo, syncope, trimmers, body pain, migraines, abdominal pain, allergies, etc. I have seen multiple specialists from neuro doctors, chiropractors, sleep, GI, and OB/GYN.
None of the doctors could determine what was wrong but kept prescribing medications. I decided to take my health into my own hands and simultaneously started my womb healing and holistic healing journey.
It is my desire to use my education as a Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, Womb Sauna Practitioner and a Holistic Health Coach to support women, men, and children live a healthy lifestyle using Naturopathic medicines and alternative remedies that will support the wholeness of individuals. This is the type of help that I would like to bring to the community.

Biography
Let me introduce myself. I am Angelia Claudette Smith. Some still know Angela, and family will always call me Angie. I am a master re-inventor of self thanks to my divine gifts. I am forever on a journey of healing, transformation, holistic wellness, and remembering who I am, and the power that resides within me. The purpose and passion of my life is to be connected to my higher power and be supported through my journey while being my whole, happy, expressive, free self, that results in inspiring, witnessing and ushering others into the same state of being.
Being a creative serial entrepreneur, I have done so many things that have seemed useless and a fail at the time; however, there have been successes as well. The totality of all these things has brought me to who I am today and taught me that all parts of who I am is for divine reason — and that is being a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and a Womb Healing Practitioner.
Although I started off with majoring in Psychology (again no coincidence), I have a B.FA. in Graphic and Web Design, and an M.Ed. in Instructional Design Technology, which allowed for a successful design, marketing and technology career. I also have an IIN Certification in Integrative Health and Nutrition, and a Womb Sauna Herbal Vaginal Steaming Certification. I have also taken continuing education courses in Herbalism, Reiki, Crystal Healing and seminars in Trauma Informed Healing. In addition, I am a doTERRA Essential Oils Wellness Advocate, a CBD Oil Advocate, and a supplier of encapsulated herbal remedies.
Creativity and finding my way has been at the root of my healing journey. Trusting my intuition and remembering myself was the challenge. My creativity had me mixing my mom’s herbs and spices from the kitchen with mud when I was a kid, because I called myself making medicine for the other kids. As a teenager, my mom had a hysterectomy due to fibroids at a very challenging period of time in both of our lives, and that is when my intuition (my higher self) got stronger. I took care of her for 6 weeks. As I grew wiser, I became “Dr. Fruits-N-Berries” to many friends — holding space for them, the go-to for food and natural remedies. And then it became even more personal; I suffered from a Bartholin’s gland cyst. After two painful episodes and shrugs from doctors, I started to remember who I was. I trusted myself to heal myself. And I did. I went into herbal research mode and found what I needed. I created a specific herbal bath blend and a tea. I sat in that herbal bath blend for a few sessions and the cyst released — never to return.
A healer — That is one of the many things that I am. I am a creator. I am a traveler. I am a yogi. I am a daughter. I am a sister. I am an earth mother. I am a friend. I am a light. I am a lover. I am an empath. I am wild. I am a quiet force. I am an educator. I am gluten-free. I am 99% vegan. I am love. I am enough. I am free. I am an artist. I am holy and sacred. I am evolving. I am perfectly imperfect. I am a big dreamer. I am a Queen. I am a goddess. I am here for you, to hold healing space. I am.
