Welcome my name is Deborah Allen, THE HEALTHY DIVA. I am a fourth generation healer, Wellness Intuitive, Certified Holistic Practitioner, Mayan Abdominal Therapy Practitioner, Vaginal Steam Consultant, Yoga teacher and Healthy Living Educator.
After a long and rewarding career in Corporate Canada, I was ready for new challenges. It was an easy decision to follow in the footsteps of my great grandfather and become a holistic practitioner, as it was a life I was already used to living. Having to detox and cleanse seasonally was the norm in my home growing up and I happily carried my cleansing rituals into my adult life and continue those rituals today. My mentors, teachers and guides began with my Great Grandfather who was my first teacher. My teachers since then have come from around the globe as I have studied with teachers locally in Canada and in many cases travelling to them throughout North America and remotely online with instructors in China, India, Africa and the U.K. My Great Grandfather was a healing intuitive. herbalist, massage therapist, bone setter, nutrition expert etc. and transitioned when I was young and I still feel his presence and call on him as I do my own traditional healing work today with my clients..

She is very active in independent research and studies, as well as women’s entrepreneurial leadership. She has successfully revitalized the ancient holistic practice of Vaginal Steam Therapy without watering down it’s significance. My name is Emmanuelle, I am the founder of Vibrant Womb, dedicated to Womb Wellness. A little bit about me:
I was born and raised in Provence (South of France), where I earned a BS in Psychology (University of Aix en Provence/Marseille) before becoming a Certified Esthetician. While working in a traditional beauty salon/perfumery, I trained in Aromatherapy and Herbalism in Graveson (Provence)
After leaving France to come to California, I studied Midwifery and Yoga. Later I was introduced to Reiki and earned a Certification as Reiki Practitioner.

At an early age, I was able to tap into the gift God entrusted to me. As I grew & matured into womanhood, the innate gift of healing became more pronounced. As I worked with women in my career and ministry, women entrusted my ability to spiritually support them to conceive, coupled with specific dietary options that would bring comfort and relief to the pain they were experiencing due to their feminine maladies.
After many years of my own struggle with reproductive issues and inability to conceive, I decided to dedicate myself to helping women overcome hormonal/infertility issues. In 2011, I battled with severe pre-menopausal symptoms that almost crippled me mentally, spiritually and physically. (If you can name a menopausal symptom I had it). This is where the true journey began as I sought extensively after Homeopathic medicine that would bring my body into a state of Homeostasis. Although I worked with natural remedies as a professional, it lead me into a deeper path as I studied Holistic/Ayurvedic Medicine which then lead me to Queen Afua where I was initiated as a Sacred Woman Practitioner and currently work with Sacred Woman In the Making(S.W.I.M) all over the world. As I became more involved with this sacred work and the demand for the womb healing presented itself, I was lead to The Womb Sauna for deeper training as a Womb Practitioner.

Peace. I am SciHonor Devotion. I have been in the field of Reproductive Health since I became pregnant with my first child in 1999. I began my formal Labor Doulastudies in 2001 with DONA and certified in 2003 while pursuing my Postpartum Doula and Childbirth Education certifications with CAPPA gaining my certifications in 2004. In 2002, Mamatoto Baby Slings was born and my partner and I began to design and sell Baby Slings and teach about the importance of touch and the bond between mother and baby whether nursing or not. I started my Labor Doula practice providing support to women that I knew and working with grant based programs that provided mothers-to-be with free Doula services mainly in the Harlem, NY area and in a Bronx Shelter. I loved every minute of it.
I continued my studies and took classes in Perinatal Loss and Grief, the Ancient Art of Midwifery, Herbs and Homeopathy for Labor and Birth and more. I’ve taught Childbirth Education classes at the Morris Heights Birthing Pavilion in the Bronx and independently throughout the years. I’m also a strong advocate of Breastfeeding and have promoted breastfeeding and provided nursing support to women. I helped to create the NYC chapter of the International Center for Traditional Childbearing (ICTC) which we called, Sistahs for Better Birth and held the position of Secretary.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many midwives including home birth midwives Memaniye Cinque (Dyekora Sumda Midwifery), Sakina O’Uhuru, author of Journey to Birth (Gentle Spirit Birth) and Mama Nonkululeko, Harlem Midwife and founder of the Harlem Birth Action Committee (HBAC) and received Midwifery Assistant Certification through Aza Nedhari’s Mamatoto Village.
I am a “Womb Sauna” certified Vaginal Steam Practitioner (WSP) and have had an amazing journey helping women use this ancient art and tool to heal themselves and enhance their lives using this modality in The Womb Room.
Some people remember a line of products that I had called, The Devotion Collection in the early 2000s. Fast forward many years later, The Devotion Collection has morphed to my accessory product line. I use ankara and batik fabrics to create beautiful accessories to enhance the beauty that women already have and exude. It is something that I enjoy doing very much and I hope you enjoy them as well.
I have been a vegan for over a decade and my family and I started Queen’s Quisine in response to people asking us to prepare vegetarian, vegan and raw foods for them and even to show them how to prepare it themselves.
I have published works in The Hood Health Handbooks, Volumes 1 and 2 and also write for The Source’s Hood Health 101 Column pertaining to women’s reproductive health and more.
I am a Homeschool advocate with 8+ years of experience. Although I am not currently homeschooling, I love working with the youth and plan to launch a Rites of Passage program for girls very soon. It wasn’t until I was a wife and mother that I realized that I wanted to solely focus on helping women. Muneera Fontaine is a wife and mother to three children 18, 10, and 2. She first became interested in birth when planning her own VBAC. After successfully reaching her goal with the help of a supportive midwife and her husband, she realized that she wanted to help other women learn more and reach the same goals. She learned about being a doula and immediately began studying and attending births. She has been attending births and supporting mommas since 2008. She has attended over 100 births and served over 350 women and families across the services she provides. I inherited several names over the tenure of my life. I’m known as Lauren, Deatria, Dee Dee, Salima,
Makiasab and often times Ms. Dee. I was born and raised in Washington, DC. The name Makiasab
was given to me by my spiritual family which means to go within and meditate. Out of my numerous
meditations came “Makiasa’s Magical Womb Steam”. The root of my journey began with Queen Afua in 2018 where I enrolled in the Rights of Passage for Women as a Sacred Woman Practitioner
(SWP). This was my first real introduction and knowledge about the womb. Upon completion of my Sacred Woman Training I was on a mission of growth and expansion of everything that resonated with me. One day, my SiStar and I went to this full moon ritual that offered yoni steams. We both were excited because it was our first time getting one. We enjoyed it immensely. I was like WOW this is really nice, I’m going to buy me a stool and do this myself. So time passed by and I attended a one-day retreat on the 1st of January, the founder of the Womb Sauna University was one of the speakers
at this retreat. Once I heard her story, I was immediately drawn to learn how I can assist women on this journey. I enrolled in her course as a Womb Sauna Practitioner(WSP)and it was one of the greatest challenges I’ve experienced since graduate school.
Joining the Womb Sauna University taught me so much about my own womb and how I can assist other women on their journey in cleansing, detoxing and healing their womb. I was able to align many of the lessons from being a SWP with WSP. I learned the difference in getting just a typical yoni/womb steam and offering a full womb sauna steam that touches the mind, body and spirit and brings a tremendous amount of benefits to women. Greetings! I am Reshena Johnson, a Usui Shiki Ryoho Practitioner, Crystal Reiki Master, Womb Sauna Practitioner, Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner and owner of Akoma Reiki & Healing.
My journey with healing work began as I was exiting my 20’s. I examined my life and I realized that I was not living a life that was true to my purpose. Of course my life was good, but I knew it could align more closely to my purpose. I knew that in order for it to be better, I needed to connect with my truth and my true self. It was while embarking on the path to self-discovery and wellness that I began to realize that after 10+ years in the non-profit world, it was time to dedicate myself to work that I was passionate about, fulfilling and would allow me to help others in a deeply meaningful way.
When I opened myself to pursing my true purpose, whatever it may be, that is precisely when the Reiki energy began to call me. I don’t really remember how or if I’d ever heard of Reiki, but when I heard the word for the first time, it felt familiar and I knew that was what I was part of my purpose and I’ve been studying and practicing Reiki and other healing modalities ever since.
My introduction to womb work came about as a result of my personal journey to healing my womb on a mental, physical and spiritual level. Searching for natural healing methods for myself lead me to the website of Thema Azize Serwa, pioneer of the Womb Sauna method and my teacher. I was immediately inspired by the impact of the very powerful work she was doing and knew I was meant to join the effort to teach women the power of their womb. I knew that part of my divine purpose was to teach women (and men) that they are powerful enough to heal themselves!
