Thema holds multiple degrees — including a BS in Counseling Psychology, a BA in English, and an MBA — along with certifications as a holistic doula, master Reiki practitioner, and herbalist. She is an ordained interfaith minister, best-selling author, and coach who has certified practitioners in 9 countries.
