Sole’ is a 300 hr Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, Womb Sauna Practitioner, Reiki Master, Black Belt, Clinical Herbalist, Sacred Medicine Woman Wellness Coach, Belly Dancer, Birth Doula, Inner Shakti Pre Natal Yoga teacher, Red Tent Facilitator, Tarot Reader and has a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. She is also a hip-hop and spoken word artist.
