HaraLuna is the name I was given during a shamanic ceremony.
It comes from the combination of the Hara – or Sacred chakra – and the Moon.

The Hara is the name of the second chakra which is right under the belly button. It is the center from which we enter into life and from which we leave life when we die. Our breath leans on the Hara. As so it is the convergence point between body and soul. To feel full and complete, it is essential to have a center. As you enter in resonance with you Hara, you can live with courage: you will have less thought, more silence, less controlled moment. And a natural discipline where courage and grounding settle themselves as a major and absolute base to oneself.

The Hara condition our life energy supply. It rules our physiological harmony, hormones and sexual energy. It enables us to maintain psychical peace and trust within oneself. The inner child resides there. The Sacred chakra is linked with creativity. It connects us to our inner inspiration source and allows us to link together the joy and beauty around us.
It is the center of the self. A well-balanced Hara brings the capacity to feel sensuality, appetite and desire in contact with life’s gusto.
Psycho & Body Therapy
« Each human being has, within himself, the power and the responsibility of his own healing »

HaraLuna is the name I was given during a shamanic ceremony.
It comes from the combination of the Hara – or Sacred chakra – and the Moon.
Often associated with a feminine symbol, the moon represents the rhythm of time because it incarnates the notion of cycles. Her different phases symbolize immortality and eternity, illumination and -on the contrary- the dark side of the nature and the soul.

It also reflects the inner knowledge or the different stages of human life on earth. It controls the tides, the rainfalls and the seasons. Someone in contact with his/her own lunar side has more intuition, receptivity, unconditional love and imagination.

My commitment to you as a therapist, is to reconnect you with your own source of creativity, your vitality, your intuition. To bring you to harmonize the polarities of your being. By doing so, you will uncover your own healing power and keep it within yourself in order to use it whenever you need it.
